• Dr Wilcox is a member of the American

Psychotherapy Association and is a Board
Certified Professional Counselor. He has
more than
35
years experience helping managers and
executives develop the tools, knowledge, and
skills they need to become more effective
and successful in their careers.
Dr. Wilcox actively participated in the
startup of the outplacement industry and has
been a partner in an executive recruiting
firm. From
1996
to
2006
he coached MBA students and alumni worldwide
at the University of Chicago, Graduate
School of Business. Since retiring in 2006
he has been teaching and coaching
executives.
